12jeet Terms and Conditions

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" means the 12jeet website, mobile application and all related digital services.
• "User" or "Member" means any person registered on the platform who has accepted these Terms.
• "Account" means each user's own registered profile, through which access to all platform services is provided.
• "Services" means casino games, sports betting, live casino and other entertainment activities operated under this platform.
• "Bonus" means incentive funds given by the platform under specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the set number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they become withdrawable.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Per Person

Members must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or closed. If any details change, the member must update them on the platform without delay.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping login credentials (username and password) completely confidential is the member's own responsibility. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, 12jeet support must be notified immediately. Do not share login details with any third party.

3.1 Permitted Use

Users may use 12jeet's services only for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Use for professional or commercial purposes, operating games through bots or automated software, and any other manipulative activity are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 12jeet platform:

• Attempting to interfere with the platform's software or systems.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses or incentives through fraudulent means.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Harassing or being abusive towards other members or 12jeet staff.

3.3 Right to Change Services

12jeet reserves the right to change, limit or discontinue the scope, features or availability of services at any time. Members will be given advance notice of significant changes where possible.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

12jeet accepts four mobile wallet services for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Members must use a payment method registered in their own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Minimum Amount

The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. If urgent verification is needed, processing time may be slightly longer.

4.3 Ownership of Funds

Funds deposited into an account belong solely to that account holder. There is no facility to transfer funds to another member's account. In the case of suspicious transactions, 12jeet may temporarily hold the relevant funds for verification.

4.4 Verification Process

To ensure security and prevent fraudulent activity, 12jeet may request identity verification (KYC) information at any time. If the requested information is not provided, withdrawal processing may be put on hold.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; the wagering requirement for this bonus is the bonus amount × 20, meaning ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Use Restrictions

Bonus funds may be restricted to use on specific games or betting sections. Winnings earned through bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete. If 12jeet suspects a bonus is being used fraudulently, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit related winnings.

5.3 Right to Change Incentives

12jeet has the full right to change the terms, amount or availability of any bonus or incentive. No existing bonus offer is permanent and may change without prior notice.

6.1 VIP Levels

The 12jeet VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Members can move up to higher levels through regular betting activity. 12jeet reserves the right to change VIP criteria at any time.

6.2 Weekly Cashback

Each VIP level provides cashback on weekly net losses at a set rate: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.6%, Gold — up to 0.9%, Platinum — up to 1.2%, Diamond — up to 1.5%. Weekly net loss means what remains after total winnings are deducted from total losses. Example: if a Gold level member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, their cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.

6.3 Cashback Payment Schedule

Cashback is generally added to the account at a set time each week. Additional conditions may apply to the use of cashback, which will be stated in the relevant promotion details.

7.1 Member Responsibilities

12jeet believes that betting and gaming are a form of entertainment — not a source of income. Every member should play within their financial means and accept losses when they occur. It is essential not to wager money needed for personal or family expenses.

7.2 Self-Control Features

The platform contains content from third-party game developers and service providers, which is governed by their own intellectual property policies. 12jeet makes no claim of ownership over any third-party content.

10.1 Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. It is advised to withdraw any withdrawable funds in the account before making the request. When an account is closed, bonus funds and any incomplete wagering will be cancelled.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by 12jeet

12jeet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account due to breach of Terms, suspicious activity, evidence of fraud or the requirements of applicable law. In such cases, the handling of relevant funds will depend on the outcome of the review.

11.1 Nature of Services

These terms and conditions form a complete agreement. If any court or competent authority declares any part of these terms invalid, the remaining parts will continue in full effect.
